Here is absolutely amazing balloon lampshade for baby room.

You will need for work the lampshade base of any floor lamp, fabric, hot glue, string, ribbons and cartridges for chandeliers.

Attach the paper to the frame and make a wedge pattern:

Follow the pattern cut out the remaining details and saw it together:

Using hot glue, glue the fabric to the frame:

Decorate the stitches with lace or ribbon of contrasting color:
